Deposit and bond deduction check
Deposit or bond deductions, easy to decode: move-in vs move-out, plus your dispute reply.
Upload the move-in condition report and the move-out report. See each proposed deduction next to what both reports say, quoted from each, plus a reply template you can edit and send.

What a decode looks like
Synthetic example. Every note points at the exact line it is about.
- Living room carpet, move-in: "good condition, light wear by door"
- Living room carpet, move-out: "worn by door, two small marks"
- Proposed deduction: carpet replacement $240
- Oven, move-in: "clean" · move-out: "grease to interior"
- Proposed deduction: professional oven clean $85
Why this is hard
A list of charges, little explanation
"Cleaning $180, carpet $240, repainting $350" arrives by email, often weeks after you've moved out.
The evidence is in two long reports
Matching each deduction to the move-in and move-out reports means flicking between two long PDFs full of photos.
Fair wear and tear is hard to put in writing
You're sure the marks were there when you moved in, but setting that out clearly, with references, takes time.
What you get
- Each deduction lined up against the move-in and move-out reports, quoted from both
- Deductions with no matching evidence, or wear already noted at move-in, flagged
- Where disputes can go, such as your state's bond authority or tribunal in Australia, or the small-claims or tenancy board where you live
- An editable reply to the landlord or agent that cites the lines it relies on
What it is not
An explanation of your reports plus editable templates. It doesn't decide what's fair or predict what a bond authority, board or tribunal will decide, and it isn't legal advice.
Credit packs from $4.99 for 5 credits (plus applicable sales tax).

Questions
What do I need to upload?
The move-in condition report and the move-out report. If the deductions are in a separate email or letter, include it too; longer bundles would get a quote first.
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
You can, but two long reports in one chat are hard to keep straight. What we add is a fixed structure: each deduction next to the matching move-in and move-out lines, quoted so you can check them, and a reply that cites them. There's no prompt to write, and uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours unless you choose to save them. Whether that's worth 2 credits is what we're asking before we build it.
Will I get my deposit back?
We can't predict that. We show what the reports say about each deduction and give you a clear reply to start from; the outcome is up to your landlord, agent, bond authority or tribunal.
